素质要求 Requirements: 1、专科以上学历,英语或管理类相关专业。 Collage degree or above, major in English or Managing is preferred. 2、整洁良好的仪容。 Elegant and tidy appearance. 3、工作认真、细心负责、英语口语流利、思路灵活、具有创造力、想象力、且活泼开朗。 Excellent interpersonal, Detail-oriented, action-oriented, fluent Spoken English, flexible, creative thinking and with opening heart. 4、沟通协调能力强,有一定的组织能力和独立处理事务的能力。 Excellent communicate skills, organize capability and independence. 5、具有团队合作精神。 Team work spirit. 6、熟练掌握并运用word、powerpoint、excel等常用办公软件。 Skilled in word,powerpoint,excel office software. 工作职责 Duties: 1、协助处理总经理办公室的日常事务,如公文的处理和归档等工作; Assist MD in office daily admin duties such as document results, pigeonhole, etc. 2、负责公司会议通知和记录,协助会议组织及必要的会务接待准备工作; Responsibility for meeting inform and record, assist in meeting organize and some necessary reception and prepare work. 3、负责公司必要的证照申请,如产品品牌的注册证,品牌宣传册制作等;并与对外服务人员机构保持良好的沟通协作关系,办理外籍人员的工作签证处理相应事务。 Take charge in necessary license application such as Product Registration Certificate, catalogue production and so on. Maintain the relationships with Foreign Service Company, deal with alien employment permit and visa. 4、负责公司员工费用报销的收集及上报,每月或定期制作(进/出)现金流水账表格。 Responsibility for collection employee reimbursement. To draft the Cash Flow inout list weekly/monthly. 5、负责部分公司所需英文资料的翻译工作。 Translate English files related company bran product. 6、负责公司国外客人来访日程安排,做好接待与陪同工作。 Arrange and accompany overseas customers, capable to make a smoothly customer visit plan. 7、负责国外展会的全程安排,处理好包括参展样品的运输问题等等。 Capable to arrange the whole process of company fairs in outside of China, make smoothly the transportation of exhibition samples, etc. 8、完成上级领导临时交办的其它工作,需要有处理突发事件的能力。 Other admin duties assigned by manager, have the ability to deal with emergencies. 9、安排总经理国内/国外出差日程。 Arrange general manager domestic/foreign travel
