Main responsibilities/主要职责和工作内容:
1. Ensure overall product quality, fit and performance to exceed customer expectations winning customer satisfaction and business for the Company．
2. Lead Garment Technologists in servicing customer’s needs and collaborating with Sampling Operations and Manufacturing．
3. Involve in all technical matters in production and provide guidance to achieve and maintain the required quality of the product．
4. Collaborate and support the Innovation and Product Design teams to create product lines for customers
5. Lead specialized teams in developing alternative methods of product creation such as laser, ultrasonic, various forms of adhesive and bonding technology
6. Lead Fitting Technician working on customer’s fitting request, provide feedback and communicated with customer to solve fitting issue.
7. Audit and participate in manufacturing matters to ensure alignment from product design to mass production.
8. Develop and manage the system for maintenance of clear concise records of all procedures with documentation of product technical developments.

6. 领导配件技术员处理客户的配件要求，提供反馈并与客户沟通解决配件问题。
7. 审核并参与制造事务，以确保从产品设计到量产的一致性。
8. 开发和管理系统，以维护清晰简明的所有程序记录和产品技术开发文件。
Requirements/任职资格：
1. Extensive management role in manufacturing, quality, design and technical development, with at least 8 years plus in roles requiring management of technical functions
2. Garment expertise required, previous exposure on multi product category is a plus
3. Extensive knowledge of garment construction with ability to organize the development of samples with Sampling Operations.
4. Involvement at all stages of product development, from the design process through to final bulk production methods, including sampling, customer approval, pre-production and first bulk production.
5. Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
6. Very strong fitting experience.
7. Very strong sewing skills of active, swim, woven, seamless.
1. 在制造、质量、设计和技术开发方面有丰富的管理经验，至少8年以上技术管理经验
2. 需要服装专业知识，有多产品经验者优先
3. 丰富的服装结构知识，能够组织样品开发与取样操作。
4. 参与产品开发的所有阶段，从设计过程到最终的大批量生产方法，包括样品，客户批准，生产前和第一次大批量生产。
5. 优秀的中英文口语和书写能力
6. 有较强的装配经验。
7. 非常强的缝纫技能活跃，游泳，编织，无缝。
