Position Responsibilities: 1.Develop New Client opportunities using online tools. 2.Using CRM to manage and develop potential deals. 3.Understanding business processes and implementing the same. 4.Implement marketing strategy and product positioning. 5.To contact the client with the product/shipment details and follow up processes. 6.Ability to work horizontally across the organization while developing new skills. 7.Ability to communicate clearly and fluently with all aspects of the business in English Chinese. 8.Working together with the Documents, Purchasing, and Financials, Quality Control, Production and some related departments, To ensure the whole completion of the orders. 9.Daily E-mail/Phone call/ follow up, samples preparation, shipping documents preparation, contract execution, business negotiation, , L/C opening, customer support, complaints resolution, client management and after-sales follow up. 10.To achieve the monthly Objectives targets set by your supervisor.
