"CB Supervisor" Job Description: -Responsible for monthly payroll calculation -Administrate time and attendance information -Draft and analyze CB related reports -maintain HR databases in systems;analysts regarding problems with programming and data integrity; makes recommendations for system enhancements -Support labor related HR issues strictly according to local labor law and regulations In order to be successful in this role the candidate should have: -3 + year related experience in HR/CB filed -Working experience in retailing industry will be preferred -Familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint -Familiar with local government policy,social benefits procedure and regulations across China,basic finance knowledge is preferred -Honest, careful, precise, stable and patient character, good understanding on the importance of confidentiality -Fluent in both spoken and written English
