1. Bachelors Degree major in textile or garment will be an advantage 2. Extensive knowledge of textile or garment process, familiar with factory operation and management 3. Thorough knowledge of costing / pricing and quality aspects. 4. Knowledge of quality standards like REACH, OEKOTECK, 4 Point systems, AQL, etc . 5. Familiar with social compliance: WRAP, BSCI etc. 6. 3 - 5 years working experience in Garments field 7. You should be: honest, hands on working, positive mind and a can do attitude, problem solving, accurate and precise person, an excellent communicator with your team and a good negotiator with suppliers customers. 8. Good knowledge of garment dying, garment washing, printing etc.
